My Brits 2018 Predictions

Hello lovelies! It’s officially awards season and to start the award season posts I am bringing you My Brits 2018 Predictions. If you don’t know what the Brits are, where have you been? It’s the British version of The Grammy’s where they celebrate the past year of music. I was pretty surprised about some of the nominations but here are who I think are going to win – some of them, I may have picked two due to not knowing or else it was way too hard.

2018 Goals and Targets

Hey lovelies! This is crazy to think that 2018 is close to us when it just feels like 2017 only started yesterday. This post is all about my 2018 Goals and Targets in my blog, personal and YouTube Channel. I have a lot of things that I would love to succeed this year and I am going to put my mind to it.



All Time Views 

I have reached over 10,000 views this year on my blog which I am so grateful for. I am aiming for 20,000 views by the end of 2018. This might be crazy but I am going to be pushing myself a lot more, this year in relation to my blog.


Right now my uploading schedule is to put up a post on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am now currently doing Blogmas which is just over. Come January, I am hoping to upload on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – as it’s something that I really want to push more content out for you.

YouTube Channel


My uploading for the past year has been shocking and I took a break from YouTube but 2018 will be the year where I’m knuckling down on my channel. I will be uploading on Mondays and Wednesdays for you which will be a mixture of a lot of different things.


I think I’m dangling around 600 subscribers on my channel at the moment so by 2018, I would love to have over 1,000 which I don’t think is a big ask but we will see. Subscribers are something that I love on YouTube as they’re so encouraging and supportive through everything.

Personal Life

Weight and Exercise

Come January, I want to join some sort of exercise class whether it’s getting a personal trainer, yoga or even a walking group. My aim for the year is to lose over 16 pounds and get fit again. I will be doing my weight loss journey on my blog and channel for you lot.


I cannot believe next month is the year anniversary of my relationship with my partner. This coming year, I am going to make the best of spending time with my partner by travelling and just loving all the little things. I do think I take him for granted but my goal for 2018 is to show him how much I do love him.


I would love to sign up to some sort of course in the new year so I’m hoping that there will be one near where I live. I don’t mind what it is, just so I can get myself out of the house.


I am hoping to get back into the Equestrian side of things in the new year and get back to what I love. I’m going to try and get back into Show Jumping and even owning my own horse as I’ve found a farmer that will let us use his land for nothing to keep the horse on it – I cannot argue with that.

2018 Bucket List

Hello lovelies! I always do a yearly bucket list so this year won’t be any different. Here’s my 2018 Bucket List which will have a mix of everything and anything. This is valid from the 1st of January to the 31st of December 2018. Some of the things are doable and some maybe not. I’m not going to explain every single one.


  1. Swim with Dolphin’s : I have always wanted to swim with dolphins – I’ve always loved them!
  2. Visit Hell’s Fire Club : This is one of the most weirdest and possibly haunted place in Ireland. So much history behind it.
  3. Self Hosted : It’s my aim to go self hosted this year, if the money situation gets better for us.
  4. Take James Away : We’re going to Chicago but I really want to take him somewhere in Europe as a holiday for ourselves.
  5. Rock Climbing : Always been afraid of heights and always have pulled out of rock climbing so I really want to do it.
  6. Send 3 people gift packages (0/3)
  7. Send 2 people flowers (0/3)
  8. Get A Pen-Pal : I’ve always loved writing and have much stationary that’s just going to waste.
  9. Bullet Journal : I’ve started so many of these but I really want to try it again as I really loved it.
  10. Go off smokes for at least 2 weeks at a time [3 times] (0/6)
  11. Go Vegan : I really want to go vegan for a week [4 times] (0/4)
  12. Visit more of Ireland.
  13. Loose 6 Pounds : I really want to loose 6 pounds off my current weight as I’ll be happy.
  14. Start writing a book.
  15. Set up a bloggers team.
  16. Read 4 Books : I’m not into reading but I really should start reading books. (0/4)
  17. Netflix : I want to watch 4 full series on Netflix as I don’t tend to finish a lot of things that I watch. (0/4)
  18. Blog Posts : I want to do about 100 blog posts this year and I am putting my head towards that goal.
  19. Dry November : I want to give up drink for the whole month of November, just before the whole holiday spirit comes into things.

Books I Want To Read In 2018

Hello my lovelies! I have literally just got into reading this month and I’ve already finished two books this month which I’m so surprised about. I never got into reading when I was younger as it just wasn’t for me but now since I’m older, I don’t know what’s going on.  You can follow me on Good Reads !


An Autumn Crush by Milly Johnson 

I have been really big into Romance books recently and I found this on the Amazon and/or Kindle website and just had to get it. It’s the next book that I will be reading. It’s all about four friends, two crushes and a secret that will turn everything upside down. It has an average of 4* Rating on Good Reads so cannot wait to get reading this book!


Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty

I found this book the way I found the book above. Amazon and Kindle seem to have a wide range of books for everyone and anyone. This book follows three different women who are at a crossroads in life and how everything changes. it has an average rating of 4.2* on Good Reads.


V Games by Caroline Peckham

I am an avid lover of everything to do with Vampires and all things Supernatural so I bought this book on a whim. It’s about a girl who kills her step father and ends up in Jail where she’s supposed to be spending the next twenty to twenty five years. This book has a rating of 4.5* on Good Reads which has been the highest so far. It is also the first book out of a series.


I have a lot of other books that I want to read but so far these are the main ones. I will be setting myself a challenge for the year of 2018 on what amount of books I want to read and all that.

New Years Resolution Idea’s

Hello lovelies! Since it’s coming up to the end of 2017 and this is the time to do New Years Resolutions, I have brought you a post to help you decide some of them for the coming year. I will be doing my own New Years Resolution Idea’s but these are just idea’s for you lot – I hope they inspire some of you.

  1. Get in Shape : This is one for everyone. Getting in shape would be amazing start to the new year if you need to get into shape by going to the gym or even walking or a fitness class.
  2. Quick Smoking : This is one for the smokers. Smoking is such a bad habit, I would know. The New Year is probably the best time to stop smoking as you will be low on money and the party season will be over.
  3. Meet New People : You may want to make new friends or meet different types of people.
  4. Do Something You’ve Always Wanted To Do : Do something that you’ve always wanted to do or plan to do the thing. No better time!
  5. Start Saving Money : Christmas is a hard time on people and money would be low. Start saving for the one thing you’ve always wanted to do whether it’s buying a house, holiday or even for next Christmas.
  6. Volunteer : Everywhere is always looking for people to volunteer and you will feel amazing afterwords after helping you’re community or even animals. No better feeling.
  7. Adopt A Pet : I have always been one for adopting pets until we got our puppy! Adoption can be the way to go whether than buying one. Everywhere is always overrun with different types of animals.
  8. Move Out of Home : If you have been planning on moving out of your parents, this is the time to do it! Start a brand new year, in your own place.
  9. Face A Fear : Facing a fear can be so hard. Maybe you’re afraid of heights or spiders, go up to the tallest building in your town or even hold a spider. Push yourself, past your limits!
  10. Start A Bullet Journal : This has been a big thing recently and it’s great for the mind. If you want to become more organized or even love creating your own things, a Bullet Journal would be for you!
